Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize seasonal men’s ethnic wear collections
  • Conduct market research & forecast trends in ethnic menswear
  • Select fabrics, trims, embroideries aligned with brand positioning
  • Create sketches, tech packs, and coordinate with sampling units
  • Collaborate with merchandisers, artisans, and production teams
  • Innovate silhouettes blending tradition with contemporary design
  • Oversee fittings, styling, and presentation of final garments
  • Maintain brand identity while ensuring commercial viability


Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Indian textiles, embroidery, and surface ornamentation
  • Creative sketching & design proficiency
  • Trend forecasting & color story development
  • Fabric sourcing & technical garment construction knowledge
  • Team collaboration & time management


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Fashion Design
  • 2–5 years of experience in menswear / ethnic fashion design
  • Portfolio demonstrating creative ethnic wear collections
