Fashion Designer

Key Responsibilities Designing men’s wear collections including T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, and other knitwear/apparel styles. Creating tech packs, sketches, and design boards with accurate specifications. Selecting suitable fabrics, trims, and accessories as per design needs. Coordinating with sampling, production, and merchandising teams for timely execution of designs. Conducting trend research, market study, and competitor analysis to develop fresh concepts. Checking fit, measurements, and quality during sampling stages to ensure final output matches the design. Maintaining design records, collection sheets, and ensuring all developments are well documented. Requirements Female candidate preferred. Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Fashion Designing. Experience in men’s wear is mandatory. Strong understanding of garment construction, patterns, and fits. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/CorelDRAW or similar design software. Creativity, attention to detail, and strong sense of aesthetics. Ability to handle multiple designs and work with deadlines.
