***Looking for Immediate joiners and willing to work from Hyderabad office*** Role Overview We are looking for Fashion Designers (Interns and Experienced) who are passionate about fusing traditional Indian fashion (sarees, lehengas, anarkalis, kurtas, dupattas) with modern Western elements such as structured cuts, tailoring, and contemporary styling. This role offers hands-on exposure to the complete design cycle from concept development to collection execution. Key Responsibilities Research Indian ethnic fashion trends and explore innovative fusion with Western styles. • Create mood boards, sketches, and CAD designs for Indo-Western collections. • Support in fabric selection (silks, cottons, linens, handlooms, embroidered textiles). • Collaborate with the sampling team for prototype development, fittings, and finalization. • Assist in experimenting with fusion concepts such as sari gowns, jacket lehengas, kurta dresses, and draped silhouettes with modern structuring. • Contribute to styling, photoshoots, and collection lookbooks. • Stay updated on Indian festive/bridal fashion as well as Western/global fashion trends. Requirements For interns: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field. • For experienced designers: Relevant experience in fashion design with strong skills aligned to the responsibilities listed. • Strong illustration and digital design skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW). • Knowledge of Indian textiles, draping, embroidery, and ornamentation. • Familiarity with Western tailoring and silhouettes. • Creative thinker with attention to detail. • Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
