The role requires both fieldwork and coordination with vendors , and includes occasional photo/video documentation of fabric units. Key Responsibilities Visit textile units, wholesalers, and fabric markets in Surat to source fabrics based on Zayra’s specifications. Check authenticity, quality, and pricing from different vendors. Capture photos and short videos of fabrics, manufacturing units, and processes (as per direction). Coordinate sample deliveries to Zayra’s main office or designated courier partners. Maintain a record of vendor details, quotations, and fabric samples. Build relationships with reliable vendors and manufacturers for long-term partnerships. Requirements Based in Surat and able to visit textile markets regularly. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Basic smartphone photography/video skills. Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional in dealing with vendors. Knowledge of fabrics, fashion, or textile industry is a plus but not mandatory.
