Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Fashion Designer based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and aesthetically appealing fashion designs, collaborating with teams to develop new design concepts, and working with textiles and embroidery techniques to enhance collections. Responsibilities include ensuring proper fitting, staying informed about current trends, and maintaining a high standard of creativity and functionality in all designs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Fashion Design and the ability to conceptualize and execute creative designs.
• Knowledge of textiles and their properties, as well as expertise in applying embroidery techniques.
• Strong understanding of garment fitting and tailoring processes to achieve desired results.
• Passion for staying updated with the latest fashion trends and innovative design practices.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent team collaboration skills, and the ability to meet project deadlines.
• A degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the fashion industry, specifically in designing and production, is highly advantageous.
