Fashion Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing products in line with current trends, brand identity, and customer preferences. The candidate should have an eye about colours & print design to ensure unique, appealing, and market-ready collections.

Key Responsibilities:

* Research and analyze current fashion trends, market needs, and consumer preferences.

* Create new design concepts, sketches, and mood boards.

* Develop patterns, select fabrics, colors, and trims suitable for the designs.

* Collaborate with merchandisers, production teams, and buyers to meet design requirements and cost targets.

* Oversee sample development and provide technical guidance during production.

* Present collections and design ideas to management and clients.

* Ensure final garments meet quality standards, fit, and aesthetics.

* Maintain awareness of sustainability and innovative materials in fashion design.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.

* Proven experience as a Fashion Designer or in a similar creative role.

* Strong drawing, illustration, and CAD software skills (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW).

* Knowledge of textiles, fabrics, garment construction, and production processes.

* Creativity, originality, and a keen eye for color, detail, print design and style.

* Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to fast-paced environments.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
