Job Description:

IFA Boutique is looking for a well-talented and passionate candidate to take complete responsibility for managing and growing our boutique business. The role is not limited to a specific duty—you will have the opportunity to handle every aspect required for the success and growth of the business, both offline and online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day boutique operations
• Manage staff and ensure smooth workflow
• Plan and execute strategies for business growth
• Handle customer relations and deliver excellent service
• Monitor stock, materials, and overall boutique requirements
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and tailors
• Support social media presence, promotions, and online marketing
• Ensure brand reputation and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in boutique/fashion/retail management (preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and take full ownership of responsibilities
• Knowledge of social media and online marketing will be an added advantage
• Passion for fashion, creativity, and business growth
