Location: Delhi Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Merchandiser to join our team. This role bridges the gap between sales, retail operations, and product strategy , ensuring that our brand presence in stores and across channels reflects our luxury positioning. You’ll play a key role in driving sell-through, managing assortments, analyzing performance , and maintaining the aesthetic and commercial standards that define our brand. Key Responsibilities Merchandising & Assortment Planning Develop and implement merchandise plans aligned with sales targets and brand strategy. Work closely with design, production, and retail teams to select and allocate product assortments for stores and online. Ensure optimum stock levels across channels to maximize sales and minimize markdowns. Sales Analysis & Reporting Track weekly/monthly sales performance by category, style, and channel. Prepare sell-through and inventory reports, providing insights for buying and replenishment decisions. Identify bestsellers and slow movers, and recommend appropriate actions. Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation Ensure in-store displays and product presentations reflect the brand’s luxury standards. Collaborate with visual merchandising and retail teams to execute seasonal displays and new launches. Retail Coordination & Support Liaise with store teams to understand customer preferences and market trends. Support retail staff with product knowledge, styling guidance, and seasonal collection training. Partner with marketing and PR teams for launches, events, and promotions. Requirements 5-6 years of experience in merchandising or sales for a luxury or premium fashion brand . Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. Keen eye for aesthetics, trend awareness, and brand alignment. Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills. Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
