Role Overview:

creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and design 

  men’s denim collections

   with a focus on embroidery and stitch innovation.
• Develop 

  unique back-pocket arcuates, embroidery motifs, and trims

   that distinguish the brand.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to ensure designs resonate with current and upcoming fashion directions.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to align designs with 

  consumer demand and sales goals

  .
• Prepare tech packs, CADs, and design briefs for sampling and production.
• Oversee sampling process and ensure product quality aligns with brand standards.
• Support in creating 

  seasonal mood boards, presentations, and product storytelling

   for buyers/distributors.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience

   in men’s denim or streetwear-focused brands (embroidery design experience is a must).
• Strong knowledge of 

  denim washes, stitches, embroidery techniques, and trims

  .
• Proficiency in 

  design software

   (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of 

  merchandising

   and market trends in premium denim.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
