We are looking for a motivated and creative Textile Design Intern to join our design team. This role involves developing patterns, prints, and fabric textures for home furnishings. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a willingness to learn, and a passion for textiles. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the creation and development of textile prints, patterns, and colorways. Help create CADs, repeats, and print layouts using design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop). Create design concepts based on seasonal trends, market research, and brand direction. Prepare mood boards, color palettes, and design presentations. Help manage design projects from concept through to final product. Assist with administrative and production-related tasks as needed. Participate in fabric sourcing and sampling processes. Stay informed about current fashion and textile trends. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop. Strong sense of color, pattern, and composition. Basic understanding of textile techniques such as weaving, printing, or dyeing. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
