AGTHEXCEPTIONAL is a luxury streetwear brand that blends craftsmanship, contemporary design, and cultural relevance. As we gear up for our Winter 2025 Collection, we are seeking Fashion Designers who are ready to bring innovative ideas, technical skill, and originality to our creative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design apparel pieces for the Winter 2025 Collection with a focus on luxury streetwear and contemporary styles.

• Conduct research on global fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes to create forward-thinking designs.

• Translate design concepts into detailed sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards.

• Collaborate with pattern makers, merchandisers, and production teams to ensure designs are executed to the highest quality.

• Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and finishes aligned with the design vision.

• Present design concepts and collections to the creative director for approval.

• Ensure timelines are met from ideation to final sample development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

• Proven experience in designing apparel (streetwear, casualwear, or luxury fashion preferred).

• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, originality, and technical design skills.

• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD).

• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and finishing.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
