Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Fashion Designer. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for creating new fashion concepts and designs, working with textiles, and ensuring fittings and embroidery align with brand aesthetics. The role includes researching fashion trends, sketching designs, selecting fabrics, and working closely with the production team to bring designs to life, while adhering to sustainable and ethical practices.

• Fashion Design and Fashion skills
• Textile knowledge and Fitting expertise
• Embroidery skills
• Creative and innovative mindset
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with sustainable and ethical fashion practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related field
