As a Registered Nurse (RN) in this role, you will be responsible for assessing patients" conditions and nursing needs, developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. You will monitor and record patients" vital signs and medical information, operate and monitor medical equipment, and assist with diagnostic tests while analyzing results. Your role will also involve educating patients and their families about health conditions and treatments, providing emotional support, and coordinating with healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate patient care. It is essential to maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, as well as adhering to infection-control policies and protocols. You must possess a valid nursing license (RN or equivalent) and hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or its equivalent. Clinical experience in a healthcare setting is required, along with a strong understanding of nursing practices and medical terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective patient care, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and the capacity to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently are also necessary attributes for this role.
