As a SuccessFactors RMK Configuration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into system configuration objects and designing solutions that align with best practices. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing SAP-SuccessFactors RMK and modeling and extraction to meet business needs. - Maintaining configuration workbooks to ensure system integrity. - Configuring Roles Based Permissions effectively. - Configuring provisioning processes for seamless operations. - Setting up Families and Roles within the system for optimal performance. - Utilizing your experience with SAP-SuccessFactors RMK for successful production deployments. - Collaborating effectively with team members and demonstrating strong communication skills. - Generating adhoc reports to support decision-making processes. - Integrating RMK with Employee Central for streamlined operations. - Leading teams and ensuring project timelines are met efficiently. - Showcasing superior verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products like PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel. Preferred skills: - Certification in RMK module. - Previous consulting experience with a consulting company.
