SAP SF RMK Consultant

• Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution design for SuccessFactors RMK in compliance with the best practices.
• Should have understanding and designing SAP-SuccessFactors RMK, Modelling and extraction.
• Responsible for maintaining configuration workbooks.
• Good experience in configuration of Roles Based Permissions.
• Candidate should have experience in configuration of provisioning.
• Should be able to configure Families and Roles in the system.
• Should have experience with SAP-SuccessFactors RMK and production deployment.
• Candidate should have good communication skills and should be a good team player.
• Must have experience in creating adhoc reports.
• Knowledge in integration of RMK with Employee Central.
• Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines.
• Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel

Preffered skills:

• Certified in RMK module
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting company
