.This is a prestigious opportunity to contribute to a transformative initiative that aims to bring world-class standards in education, research, and innovation to India’s higher education landscape.We are particularly seeking candidates with strong academic credentials and a proven research record from top-tier global institutions, who are passionate about advancing Computer Science education and scholarship in a dynamic, multicultural environment, and are enthusiastic about teaching at international campuses being launched in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, aligned with both Indian academic context and the curriculum and pedagogy of the parent campus (US, UK, or Australia); mentor students in their academic, research, and career development.
- Co-develop and regularly update curriculum in collaboration with faculty at the home campus to reflect international standards and emerging trends in Computer Science.
- Conduct impactful, peer-reviewed research; secure grants; publish in top-tier venues; and engage in collaborative projects with global and local academic partners.
- Contribute to institutional governance, academic planning, accreditation, student advising, and committee work.
- Build industry partnerships to support research, innovation, internships, and student placements; encourage interdisciplinary teaching and research.
- Support the development of a new international campus in India by promoting a cross-cultural, inclusive, and future-oriented academic environment.
- Stay current with advancements in technology, pedagogy, and global academic practices through continuous learning and engagement.
Qualifications And Experience
- Ph.D. or equivalent in Computer Science (Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Software Development) or a closely related discipline from a recognized and reputable institution, or currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program nearing completion (for entry-level positions).
- Strong record of scholarly research with publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed international journals.
- Proven teaching experience at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels, preferably at globally ranked or reputed institutions.
- For Visiting/Adjunct Faculty positions, significant industry experience combined with strong academic credentials may be considered.
