Key Responsibilities: Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions effectively in respective subjects. Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments as per curriculum. Guide students in projects, presentations, and internships. Conduct student evaluations, examinations, and provide constructive feedback. Ensure academic discipline and maintain high teaching standards. Engage in curriculum development, academic planning, and institutional activities. Support in organizing seminars, workshops, and industry visits. Qualifications & Requirements: Master’s degree or higher in Management, Aviation, Logistics, Hospital Administration, or related field. Teaching experience preferred (freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to mentor and motivate students.
