Job Description

Oversees daily operations in a manufacturing plant, ensuring production goals are met efficiently and safely by managing staff, coordinating schedules, maintaining equipment, and enforcing safety regulations. Develops and implements production schedules, allocating resources and personnel to meet deadlines and production targets. Ensures that employees are properly trained on equipment, procedures, and safety protocols Identifies and resolves production problems, bottlenecks, and equipment issues to maintain smooth operations. Documentation & Daily reporting. Check Production output as per Specification. Monitor & Adjust Production Process for Quality & Productivity. Maintain open lines of communication between employees, management, and executives. Evaluate each station of the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency
