Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to lead efforts in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business strategy, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.  Key Responsibilities:  • Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the business in alignment with company goals.  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.  • • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and ensure timely follow-ups.  • • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential areas for business growth.  • Prepare reports on market trends, sales forecasts, and business development activities.  • • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies.  • Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and ensure they are met.  • • Sales & Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company’s products and services.  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients.  • Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on business development activities, progress, and performance.  • Provide updates to senior management on the status of sales efforts and achievements.
