Job Description

As a Plant Manager in the steel industry, your primary responsibilities will include managing the plant operations efficiently. You will be responsible for overseeing loading and unloading activities, as well as maintaining the overall facility. Your role will involve floor management, coordinating inspection audits, and ensuring that all operations meet the required standards. To excel in this role, you should have a good understanding of steel industries and possess knowledge in Basic Excel and email communication. Strong communication skills are essential for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office is a requirement for this position. This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule. The role offers a yearly bonus based on performance. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
