Job Description : We are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team as a Factory Supervisor. The Factory Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations within our manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and promoting a culture of productivity and safety. Shift: 9 Hours Weekly Rotational Shift Responsibilities : Supervise and coordinate daily activities of factory workers to optimize productivity and efficiency. Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and meet production targets. Train and mentor new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Assign tasks and schedule work assignments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery, identifying and addressing any maintenance or repair needs. Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety among all employees. Maintain accurate records of production output, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics. Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Address employee concerns and provide feedback and guidance to foster a positive work environment. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment. Understanding of quality control principles and practices. Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel). Flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends as needed.
