We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control & Dispatch Executive to oversee the quality of all products manufactured in-house and ensure smooth handling of daily dispatches, returns, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate efficiently between production, packaging, and logistics teams. Key Responsibilities:1. Quality Control: Inspect and verify the quality of all finished products before dispatch. Ensure all items meet company quality standards and specifications. Identify and report defective or damaged items and coordinate rework or replacements. Maintain proper records of quality checks and rejections. 2. Dispatch & Returns Management: Oversee daily order dispatches and ensure timely shipments. Coordinate with packaging and logistics teams for smooth delivery operations. Manage and document product returns and exchanges, ensuring accurate stock updates. Verify dispatch lists against customer orders and invoices to avoid errors. 3. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production quality, dispatch, and returns. Track order flow and maintain communication with relevant departments. Prepare and share regular performance and discrepancy reports with management.
