This is a critical leadership role that demands strong expertise in factory operations, team management, R&D coordination, and supply chain alignment. Key Responsibilities: Production Oversight: Plan, manage, and optimize day-to-day production activities across all factories. Ensure adherence to quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
