Key Responsibilities: Perform monthly and annual accounts reconciliation to ensure data accuracy. Manage Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PTAX), and Income Tax (IT) documentation and compliance. Prepare and maintain financial reports, journal entries, and ledger activities. Oversee inventory management, including stock verification and records in ERP systems. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliance. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and supporting documentation. Coordinate with auditors during audits and provide required information. Work with Tally and other ERP software for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
