Job Title: Field Executive Location: Bajkul, Mednipore Job Description: We are seeking proactive and dynamic Field Executives to join our hair manufacturing unit in Mednipore. The ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing operational activities, ensuring smooth communication between the factory and clients, and managing on-ground activities to support sales and distribution. Key Responsibilities: Visit clients, distributors, and retailers for procurement of hair Ensure timely delivery and proper display of products at retail points. Conduct on-field product demonstrations and educate customers about product benefits. Collect customer and market data for insights on product performance and competitor activities. Maintain good relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities. Coordinate with the sales and logistics team to ensure efficient order fulfillment. Monitor competitors and market trends to strategize accordingly. Provide regular reports on field activities, market feedback, and sales progress. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or higher qualification. Prior experience in field sales or retail can be an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Ready to travel locally and have a valid driving license (if applicable). Willingness to work in a rural or semi-urban setting. Preferred Attributes: Strong customer service mindset. Proactive and result-oriented approach. Knowledge of hair products and the related market is a plus.
