Factory Operations Officer

We are looking for a Factory Operations Officer to oversee and manage day-to-day operations at our manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, quality control, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee factory operations to ensure smooth production flow and timely order fulfillment.
• Manage production schedules, optimize resources, and minimize downtime.
• Ensure quality control measures are implemented across all production processes.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with different departments (R&D, Quality Control, Supply Chain) for efficient production planning.
• Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO certifications.
• Supervise factory staff and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor?s degree/Diploma in Manufacturing, Production, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in factory operations, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and quality management systems is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
