Factory Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Production Management:

  Developing and implementing production schedules, ensuring efficient workflow, and optimizing resource allocation.

• Quality Control:

  Establishing and enforcing quality control standards, monitoring production processes, and implementing corrective actions to maintain product quality.

• Cost Management:

  Monitoring production costs, identifying areas for cost reduction, and managing the budget for the factory.

• Safety Management:

  Ensuring a safe working environment for all employees, implementing safety protocols, and complying with all relevant safety regulations.

• Team Management:

  Hiring, training, and supervising employees, delegating tasks, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Equipment Maintenance:

  Overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring it is in good working order, and coordinating with maintenance staff.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Identifying opportunities for process improvement, implementing changes, and monitoring their effectiveness.

• Communication:

  Communicating effectively with other departments, such as HR, logistics, and finance, and reporting on production status and issues.
