*Role Summary*

Patel Enterprises is looking for an experienced Factory Manager to manage overall operations of its cement plant in Kodangal, Vikarabad. The role covers production, quality, maintenance, store inputs, labour and employee management, cost optimization, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. The candidate must also handle financial monitoring and inventory control using Tally ERP.

*Key Responsibilities*

Oversee daily cement production and ensure output meets targets.

Maintain product quality as per BIS/ASTM standards.

Plan and execute preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.

Manage store inputs, inventory, and raw material utilization using Tally.

Lead labour and employee management, ensuring discipline and productivity.

Implement cost control measures and monitor expenses.

Enforce strict safety practices and environmental compliance.

Generate MIS, production, and financial reports for management.

*Skills & Experience*

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering.

3 years in cement industry with at least 2 years in management.

Strong knowledge of cement plant operations (kiln, mills, packing).

Proficiency in Tally ERP for store and accounts management.

Excellent leadership, labour management, and problem-solving skills.
