FACTORY MANAGER . To provide effective leadership to the site in order to drive company vision, values and leadership charter. Coach and mentor the site leadership team to enable them to achieve their professional goals and personal aspirations. Build effective team culture at site. 2. To support the cross functional teams to drive innovations through timely trials and capability building in the factory. 3. To drive, support and implement continual improvement initiatives for the Site to meet and exceed the aligned business objectives. Ensuring effective cost reduction. 4. To ensure that Plant & Machinery are maintained through a periodical maintenance, mechanical, electrical & civil program and meet set targets of safety, Production/Productivity/Yeild/Operating Cost. 5. To ensure efficient operational control for meeting the target production with robust cost control at each production stage, maintaining optimal level of operational efficiency like RM/PM/LPC Variances. 6. Develop the RM/PM/Engineering stores functioning SOPs & Administrative policies to ensure optimum inventory level of all material. 7. All time readiness for emergency and any internal/external audits. 8. Conducting monthly performance reviews & monitor weekly MRM performances. 9. Coordinating new product developments & trial. 10. Weekly & monthly HODs meetings ensure administration, discipline, factory improvement & team coordination.

QUALITY COMPLIANCE:- 1. To ensure that the established Safety and Quality Management Systems are adhered and sustained for meeting FSMS 22000., India FDA Regulations & other International & Indian standards. 2. To ensure compliance to Quality Management Systems, Finance Controls, Code of Business Conduct and all other policies published time to time. Periodical monitoring of Plant Quality Systems, SOP, 5s manual complaints & related CAPA in co-ordination with Quality.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT:- Version: 1.00 1. To enhance values of Human Resources within the companys policies and programs and develop the team to meet organizational needs. To upgrade skill set of the team through training, coaching and ensure succession planning. 2. Participation in trainings rolled out time to time in factory or outside factory. 3. Adhere and inspire people to follow the company policies. 4. Provide guidance to team members on implementation of Environment & Safety standard implementation and highlight requirement of resources required.

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:- 1. To maintain good industrial relations and ensure compliance of all labour enactments, Factories Act, and other applicable enactments. 2. Establish disciplinary & administrative policies in coordination with HR to ensure healthy working condition in factory. 3. Awareness of the environments legal norms for the job role assigned like ETP, canteen washing water control. 4. All time readiness for emergency and any internal/external audits. 5. To review and authorize to represent the company in all forums for the affairs related Plot-20 factory. 6. To review and authorize expenses statement wherever authorized. 7. Authorized to sign documents pertaining to all Government agencies. 8. Any other assignments that may be agreed upon from time to time. 9.
