· Monthly reconciliation of SAP & WMS stock and physical stock for inventory accuracy taking care of receipt & dispatch SLA by taking GRN of the material and which comes to warehouse and Issuing Invoices for SO, Replacement and making Stock Transfer for transferring the goods in B2B various location in India.
· Logistics solutions provide as when above customer (Voltas/Voltbek & Spares).
· Escalation of any types of complaints to the appropriate level as per the specified process.
· Doing necessary action for Insurance claim against Shortage, damage & accident case.
· Manage Spare parts of Voltas & Hitachi against of defective material replacement and reconciliation.
· Space utilization as per requirement of customer and company sales plan.
