Factory Manager

Join one of Kerala’s leading Ayurvedic pharmaceutical companies, committed to quality, innovation, and traditional values. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Factory Manager to lead operations at our manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall factory operations, including production, sales, marketing, and administration
• Handle profit center responsibilities and ensure efficient cost control
• Supervise end-to-end supply chain and inventory processes
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FSSAI, and other regulatory standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve production and business targets
• Implement quality control systems and continuous improvement initiatives

Eligibility Criteria:

MBA or Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Prior experience in a medical, Ayurvedic, or food industry setting is a strong advantage

Strong leadership, decision-making, and people-management skills

Proven track record in handling profit center responsibilities and improving operational efficiency
