Role Description

Factory Manager

The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the functional and operational requirements of fabrication work in the plant. Key duties include planning and supervising daily production operations, ensuring raw material availability, monitoring production progress, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely dispatch of finished materials.

The Factory Manager will also be accountable for maintaining overall plant efficiency, implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating between departments to achieve production targets.
