Factory Manager

As a candidate for the Production Manager position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing garment production to meet delivery timelines and maintain quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Plan, coordinate, and monitor garment production processes to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality benchmarks. - Supervise cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing teams to optimize labor utilization and address any workforce issues that may arise. - Implement and uphold quality control protocols to maintain high standards throughout all stages of production. - Manage the procurement of raw materials, control inventory, and minimize wastage to ensure efficient production processes. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and factory requirements to create a safe and ethical working environment. - Monitor production costs closely, identifying opportunities for cost reduction while upholding quality standards. - Maintain production reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to senior management.
