Key Responsibilities:
· Inventory Management:
Maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels are appropriate, and minimizing stock losses.
· Logistics and Transportation:
Overseeing the movement of goods into and out of the warehouse, including arranging for transportation and communicating with carriers.
· Staff Management:
Hiring, training, supervising, and motivating warehouse staff, ensuring they are working safely and efficiently.
· Process Improvement:
Identifying areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and productivity
