Factory( HRBP)- Navi Mumbai( building materials)

We are looking for Plant HR Business Partner having experience in Manpower planning, budgeting , Talent acquisition, Talent management, employee management, Employee relations, HR Compliance, Industrial relations and operational HR excellence and managing multiple plants and the employees.

Role & responsibilities

• Handling HR Operations projects for all the factories
• Handling Plant HR Team for Manpower planning, Recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities of new joiners, new hire orientation, induction and exit interviews, documentation and audit accuracy, factory compliances and administrative part.
• Taking care of all the Safety Compliances should be followed at Plant level.
• Employee relations and industrial relations.
• Manpower planning and budgeting
• MIS and reporting
• Travelling to plant location as required

Qualifications / experience required

• MBA HR with 6 plus years of experience in Factory HRBP
• Manpower planning, talent acquisition management
• working knowledge of Industrial relations
