Position - Factory Documentation Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Documentation Executive who will be responsible for managing job work challan processing, invoice print-outs, inventory control of batteries and tire tubes, and maintaining production and documentation records in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Job Work & Challan Management: Prepare and issue job work challans as per the production orders.

Coordinate with vendors and production teams for timely movement and return of job work materials.

1.Ensure proper tracking and documentation of materials sent/received on job work.

2. Invoice Management:  Print customer invoices as per sales orders.  Ensure accuracy in billing details, item descriptions, and applicable taxes.

3.Maintain records of all printed and dispatched invoices.

4.Inventory Management.

5.Monitor and update stock records for batteries and tire tubes.

6.Conduct physical verification of inventory periodically.  Coordinate with the purchase team for restocking requirements.

7..Documentation & Reporting.

8.Proper DMS Knowledge.

Key Skills & Competencies:  Knowledge of inventory and job work processes.  Basic understanding of GST, invoices, and documentation procedures.  Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic accounting or ERP software.  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  Good communication and coordination abilities.

Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or related field. 1–3 years of experience in operations, inventory, documentation, or production support roles.

Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.
