Factory Administrator

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Factory Administrator to oversee daily factory operations, ensure efficient workforce management, and maintain compliance with company rules and regulations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent organizational and communication skills.

*This job requires the candidate to stay at the factory premises. Separate room and washroom will be provided by the company for him*

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise workers and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Maintain attendance records and ensure proper documentation.
• Follow up on assigned work and ensure timely completion.
• Enforce factory rules, including security measures like gate pass management and factory closure protocols.
• Monitor the performance of security guards and overall factory safety.
• Communicate regularly with company directors and provide reports on factory operations.
• Act as a team leader, fostering a disciplined and productive work environment.
• Oversee general factory upkeep and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in administration, preferably in a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to enforce discipline and ensure compliance with company policies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
