1. Handle the client visiting at office & Front Desk.
2. Handling of calls and transfer of calls to the respective departments.
3. Petty cash handling.
4. Assist in the system interference.
5. Maintain factory area also the dispatch and assembly area.
6. Track and maintain of attendance register and support the HR for the same.
7. Maintain stationery levels and recordings as necessary.
8. Coordination with accounts for processing of Admin related expenses & invoices.
9. Monitor on Everyday office cleaning & maintaining the checklist for the same.
10. Focal point for office IT and equipment & update the records for the same.
11. Monitor & record the courier inward.
12. Joining Formalities & maintain Employee Documentation.
