Factory Administrator

Job Title: Factory Admin Executive

Location: Howrah – Domjur
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Working Hours: 8 hours duty

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Factory Admin Executive to handle day-to-day administrative and operational activities at our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between departments, maintain records, and support factory operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee general administrative functions within the factory premises.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and overtime records of workers and staff.
• Coordinate with HR for payroll input and compliance documents (PF, ESIC, etc.).
• Manage housekeeping, security, canteen, and other facility arrangements.
• Handle material inward/outward register and gate pass management.
• Monitor factory utilities (electricity, water, waste management, etc.) and report any issues.
• Support purchase and inventory teams with documentation and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with local vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Assist in maintaining statutory records, safety registers, and other compliance files.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports related to admin and operational activities.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / B.Sc preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years in factory or plant administration.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain discipline within factory operations.
• Chemical manufacturing company experience prefer.
