Role : Facility / Operations Manager

Client: One of the largest RE companies with global presence.

Experience in Residential, Commercial, Warehouse and Retail RE Facility or Operations Management.

YOE : 10+ years

CTC: upto 30-35 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Management:

Develop and implement a comprehensive property management strategy for all facility assets, including but not limited to HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, plumbing, fire protection systems, material handling equipment, and building structures.

• Building Statutory Compliance Management:

Ensure all building operations follow local government regulations, codes, and statutory requirements.

Develop and maintain a system for tracking and managing all required permits, licenses, and inspections related to building operations.

• Outsource Vendor Management:

Develop and implement a comprehensive vendor management strategy to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery ( Appointment of FM Company for sites)

Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors for various facility services (e.g., maintenance, security, landscaping, cleaning, etc.).

• Customer Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer rep at the property.

• Payment Collection (CAM & Rental):

Oversee the process of collecting Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charges and rental payments from tenants in a timely and accurate manner.
