Role Description

The local facilities officer is responsible for handling the facilities activities locally and makes sure that all local requirements with regards to facility management are met, including quality and performance controls and employee satistisfaction.

Responsibilities And Accountabilities

  • Coordinates locally facility management logistics & services.
  • Access and security management.
  • Manages local facility maintenance & services.
  • Transportation.
  • Protection + Resilience, working with all related stakeholders covering: BCM, Crisis Management, Incident Management and Physical Security Management

Skills & Requirements

  • A technical or administration degree, or bachelor level.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in facility management related facilities.
  • Proactive, structured, and independent working method.
  • Team and communication skills.
  • High services and quality orientation.
  • Enterprising and solution-oriented way of thinking.
  • Pragmatic
  • English
  • Good knowledge of IT tools (Excel, Ppt..)
  • Reliable and discrete
