Job Description

Assist the Senior Facility Manager in daily facility operations, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, HVAC, DG sets, and safety systems.
Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Supervise housekeeping, security, and technical staff to ensure smooth site operations.
Liaise with vendors for AMC, repairs, and service contracts; monitor service quality and escalate issues when required.
Maintain facility-related MIS reports (DMR/MMR) and assist in audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
Support in budget tracking, cost negotiations, and ensuring adherence to approved expenses.
Conduct daily site inspections for safety, hygiene, and upkeep of assets.
Handle tenant/client requests and ensure prompt redressal of facility-related complaints.
Ensure adherence to safety norms, statutory requirements, and company policies.
