Job Description

Job Title:

Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Statutory Compliance

Ensure
100% compliance
with all statutory and regulatory requirements including:

Fire NOC
Pollution Control Board (PCB)
Trade License
Pharmacy License
Death Registration
Nursing Home License

2. Housekeeping & Infection Control

Oversee housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of
cleanliness, hygiene
, and
infection control
.
Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions.

3. Facility & Maintenance Management

Monitor and maintain
building infrastructure
and ensure timely
preventive and corrective maintenance
.
Manage procurement and maintenance of
fixed assets
.
Submit
regular maintenance and compliance reports
to the City Head.

4. Food & Beverage Services

Supervise F&B services to ensure
nutritional quality, hygiene, and safety
protocols are met.
Ensure timely service as per patient and hospital schedules.

5. Security Management

Manage all security operations including:

In/Out movement
of patients, staff, materials, and visitors
Surveillance system monitoring
Vendor and logistics gate controls

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

5 to 7 years
of experience in a hospital or healthcare facility environment.
Strong working knowledge of:

Statutory compliance and audits
Vendor coordination and negotiations
Operational efficiency and team management

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
