Who Can Apply?

✅ Candidates with prior experience as:

• Office Administrator
• Facility Manager (MNCs preferred)
• Facility Executive managing end-to-end office/site requirements
• Professionals with real estate customer site experience (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage customer-facing site facilities and office requirements
• Ensure smooth workplace operations and comfort for customers, employees, and visitors
• Coordinate with vendors, facility teams, housekeeping, and other stakeholders
• Proactively resolve on-site challenges and maintain high service standards
• Handle site readiness for customer visits, events, and meetings
• Maintain compliance, safety, and hygiene standards across the premises
• Manage documentation, reports, and facility checklists regularly

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in facility/office administration or real estate customer site management
• Ability to multitask and manage operations independently
• Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
