We are hiring an experienced and driven Sales Manager for our Real Estate division. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales, strong knowledge of lead generation, real estate marketing, and a good understanding of construction workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and close residential or commercial real estate deals.
• Generate quality leads through online campaigns, field networking, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns for new and ongoing projects.
• Conduct property site visits and clearly explain project features, pricing, and construction timelines to clients.
• Maintain and regularly update CRM and sales reports.
• Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in real estate sales (Required)
• Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and digital marketing strategies
• Understanding of real estate construction stages and terminology
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Civil/Construction-related field preferred
