Facility Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Facilities Manager who can act as the key liaison between White Lotus and its residents. The ideal candidate must have:

• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with homeowners.
• Strong technical acumen to coordinate effectively with in-house technicians and third-party vendors.
• The ability to take ownership, drive resolutions, and represent the White Lotus standard in every resident interaction.

This individual will play a crucial role in creating an elevated and consistent experience across our luxury communities.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in facilities management, preferably in high-end residential or real estate projects, with proven ability to manage resident relations, coordinate vendors, and ensure seamless property operations.

• Strong technical knowledge of building systems (MEP, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, etc.

• Eye for detail, process-oriented, and solution-driven
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• 5 to 6 Years of Experience in Facility & Property Management
