Facility Manager

1. Determine the need for repairs or renovations & budgeting.

2. Work with contractors during building repairs and construction to ensure code compliance

3. Monitor the state of medical equipment and supplies

4. Train medical staff in emergency operations procedures

5. Coordinate the design of new construction.

6. Ensure legislative compliance & liasoning

7. Perform regular life safety and fire safety assessments & training programs.

8. Perform inspections of medical gas, refrigeration, and HVAC systems.

9. Recommend services and equipment upgrades

10. Allocate office space based on departmental needs

11. Train and supervise facilities staff

12. Conduct performance appraisals of facilities staff

13. Ensure that the facility meets security standards

14. Oversee utilities management and electrical engineering

15. Inspect patient rooms, waiting rooms, operating rooms, etc. for cleanliness and orderliness.

16. Oversee purchase and install furniture and equipment.

17. Inspect buildings to identify existing or emerging structural issues.

18. Create and maintain budgets related to facilities operations.

19. Negotiate service agreements with outside suppliers and service providers

20. Create workplace safety and cleanliness awareness initiatives.

21. Maintaining documents pertaining to CMC, AMC, periodical maintenance etc.

22. Develop safety policies and maintenance programs.

23. Oversee the work of the security personnel agency and ensure smooth functioning, checking bills etc..

24. Need Hospital Experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
