Facility Technical Executive
- to look after overall technical operations at client location
- Experience of managing the technical equipment - UPS, LT, HVAC low side equipment, FAS, ACS, CCTV, FM 200, PAC, etc.
- Candidate should have experience of 5 years on facility executive -technical position
- qualification should be diploma / degree in electrical engineering
- Vendor management
- AMC tracker, technical reports
- incident management and reporting skill
- should have knowledge and understanding on enabling the business during an emergency
- team player
- good knowledge of email and computer
- Presentable
- Good communication skill- English and Hindi
- adaptable to work in round the clock operation on need basis
