Job Description

Prioritizing the facilities needs
Make sure to eliminate the Break down and Un safe condition quickly within stipulated time frame within the Budgeted cost.
Proper execution of services and periodical maintenance of equipment (According to the Plan of Services).
Oversee the routine non-routine maintenance activities, Assign the tasks to the team. provide guidance and support to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Coordinate with external vendors / contractors for repair, maintenance. services and project execution.
Perform regular inspections of equipment, and facilities to identify the abnormities and address it accordingly
Ensure good coordination with all Value streams other departments in meeting their requirements on time.
Analysis of the training needs to subordinate team and provide training
accordingly. (Skill matrix, Training plan and records).
Implement TPM as per the TPM procedure.
Ensure Compliance, Regulatory requirements and Industrial Standards
Ensure EHS / safety requirements as per Collins Standards.
Ensure to maintain all quality documents as per Collins Standards.
Develop Contingency plans for all highly critical services / equipment.
