Job Description

  • Prioritizing the facilities needs
  • Make sure to eliminate the Break down and Un safe condition quickly within stipulated time frame within the Budgeted cost.
  • Proper execution of services and periodical maintenance of equipment (According to the Plan of Services).
  • Oversee the routine non-routine maintenance activities, Assign the tasks to the team. provide guidance and support to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate with external vendors / contractors for repair, maintenance. services and project execution.
  • Perform regular inspections of equipment, and facilities to identify the abnormities and address it accordingly
  • Ensure good coordination with all Value streams other departments in meeting their requirements on time.
  • Analysis of the training needs to subordinate team and provide training
  • accordingly. (Skill matrix, Training plan and records).
  • Implement TPM as per the TPM procedure.
  • Ensure Compliance, Regulatory requirements and Industrial Standards
  • Ensure EHS / safety requirements as per Collins Standards.
  • Ensure to maintain all quality documents as per Collins Standards.
  • Develop Contingency plans for all highly critical services / equipment.
