Facility Executive (Soft Services)

In this role as a Facility Executive (Soft Services) at Property Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. (PSIPL), a member of the Kalpataru Group, your main responsibility will be overseeing the day-to-day facility operations in Ahmedabad. You will play a crucial role in managing customer satisfaction, handling building management tasks, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the smooth day-to-day facility operations - Manage and improve customer satisfaction levels - Handle various building management tasks efficiently - Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders involved Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) - Expertise in Customer Satisfaction to enhance client relationships - Knowledge of Building Management practices - Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders - Previous experience in the facility management industry - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively - Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or a related field - Certification in FM or a related field is considered a plus,
