Facility Executive (Soft Services)

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping Operations

• Oversee daily housekeeping activities including cleaning of workstations, common areas, meeting rooms, restrooms, and pantry areas.
• Ensure deployment of adequate housekeeping manpower as per shift requirements.
• Monitor cleaning schedules, checklists, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.

Pantry & Consumables Management

• Ensure pantry areas are clean, hygienic, and well-stocked.
• Monitor usage and availability of consumables such as tea, coffee, water, tissues, toiletries, etc.

Manpower & Attendance Management

• Monitor attendance, rosters, relievers, and leave management of soft service staff.
• Ensure proper grooming, uniform compliance, and discipline among staff.
• Conduct daily briefings and toolbox talks for housekeeping personnel.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily reports, attendance sheets, service checklists, and incident logs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate or Diploma in Facility Management / Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in soft services operations, preferably in co-working spaces, corporate offices, IT parks, or commercial buildings.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping processes, chemicals, equipment, and hygiene standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
